Peter was predeceased by his father David on August 19, 2021, and his sister Janet Lynn Castle (Brian) in 1984. Peter was born in Port Colborne and was a graduate of the Niagara College Journalism program. He lived in Renfrew County for over 30 years; first as a member of Morning Glory Commune where he received the love and mentoring that began to change his life. About 3 years later, Peter moved into the nearby town of Killaloe where he served as a volunteer manager of CHCR, the local radio station. Peter was a founder and current volunteer at Bonnechere Communications, a local internet provider and was also a broker of organic herbs with Herbie’s Herbs of Toronto. From that time on, the little town of Killaloe became his home as Peter shared his intellect and positive energy with the people of the town. A celebration of his life is being planned by the community. As per Peter’s request cremation has taken place. Memorial remembrances to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence St. Port Colborne, ON.
